Hey Everyone...been a while. Just a lot going on and trying to get back in the groove of things. Kinda lost motivation - shocking I know - but it happens. Trying very hard to get back on track, but it hasn't been easy. I lost focus on myself cause it seems like everyone is wanting advice of some sort from me concerning training and eating right. I am NOT a trainer, nor am I a nutritionist - so I really can't offer advice per each individual. Everyone is different and has to figure out what they need to do :/ Sounds harsh I know, but one thing I am is honest.
I have helped people in the past and it has just come back to slap me in the face. I will not put myself in that line of fire again. Things I have learned I have learned on my own and from time to time help from a professional. It's time for me to get a little bit selfish to concentrate on me and accomplish my dreams and desires.

ReplyDeleteDon't let the bastards get you down. Do your thing. You've accomplished so much and have so much more in you. You know you do and will be angry at yourself down the line if you don't get back to the gym. You know you enjoyed how powerful, tired, healthy, unstoppable you felt after a workout of moving serious iron, getting the blood flowing. You know you like how it's made you look.
