For Mitch - hope it helps!

Try this for an upper body workout - smith machine bench - use just the bar or 25lb plates on each side. Always hold on the bottom and first.

hold one sec, push one
hold two sec, push two
hold three sec, push three
continue all the way up to ten

next set...

hold 10 sec push one
hold 10 sec push two
hold 10 sec push three
continue all the way up to ten

next set

hold 10 push one
continue all the way to ten

sounds easy - but it's really not - you'll feel it for sure!  It will kick start you back :) Let me know how you do!!!

UPDATE

Hey everyone - been out of the loop for a bit - caught a hell of a chest cold and it loves me so much it doesn't want to leave - UGH.  I wish it would cause it's keepin me out of the gym! Here are few new pics I took - though sick, I am not losing muscle - woo hoo!  Yes I am super dark right now - looks dif in the lighting!

Decision made concerning one thing - enough is enough - DONE and will take care of the issue this week. The next decision...100% back in the gym next week and plan on pushing it til I can go no further, then pushing a little more. I didn't get where I am today by taking the easy road - no fad diets, no surgeries, but simple old fashion hard work and pushing myself out of my comfort zone breaking only the limits I set on myself. I have 3 goals over the next several months and WILL achieve each and everyone of them....14 weeks til the first one!
