continue all the way up to ten

hold 10 push one
continue all the way to ten
sounds easy - but it's really not - you'll feel it for sure! It will kick start you back :) Let me know how you do!!!

ReplyDeleteBut not sure what you mean: I hold it for one second and then push it up.
Then I take it down to my chest and keep it for 2 seconds and then pushes up twice with no breaks.
Then down again and keep it here for 3 secs and then 3 reps with no breaks
and so on....
Is that how you do it?
If yes then it is a lot of reps in total !?
