Peanut butter protein balls, a yummy healthy snack that I really enjoy that's a quick high protein fix. Peanut butter protein balls are very simple to make and it's endless the varieties of add ins such as walnuts, almonds, pecans, oats, raisins, cranberries, flax, coconut, chocolate chips, etc.

Peanut butter protein balls recipe ( makes 3-4 ping pong size balls)
*1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
*2 tablespoons of honey or agave nectar
*2 tablespoons of peanut butter (natural preferred, creamy or crunchy)

Directions

1. Put the protein powder in a bowl
2. Add the honey and stir
3. Pour in the peanut butter (creamy is easier)
4. Stir until everything is mixed well (add more honey if needed)
5. Add any toppings of your choice if you like as mentioned above
6. Roll into small 1" balls (ping pong size) with your hands
7. Place in the fridge for a few hours to harden unless you want to enjoy them immediately ;)

Hey Everyone...been a while.  Just a lot going on and trying to get back in the groove of things.  Kinda lost motivation - shocking I know - but it happens.  Trying very hard to get back on track, but it hasn't been easy.  I lost focus on myself cause it seems like everyone is wanting advice of some sort from me concerning training and eating right.  I am NOT a trainer, nor am I a nutritionist - so I really can't offer advice per each individual.  Everyone is different and has to figure out what they need to do :/  Sounds harsh I know, but one thing I am is honest.

I have helped people in the past and it has just come back to slap me in the face.  I will not put myself in that line of fire again.  Things I have learned I have learned on my own and from time to time help from a professional.  It's time for me to get a little bit selfish to concentrate on me and accomplish my dreams and desires.

Bedtime for now - sweet dreams all.
