  4. WOW incredible improvement! When we do see a challenge to arm wrestle? To me you'd take with anyone ... you are awesome ... you're beautiful! With what weight you train your biceps

    1. I use from 25lbs to 60lbs on dumbbells to train arms. If I am using a machine the weight is higher.
