Email I recieved from my friend Mitch who did my upper body workout... (shared with permission from Mitch)

Hey Bomb Chelle!

For starters it was nice to chat with you for a little bit and an absolute delight to see you on cam... damn you're a BABE!!!  I'm floored by how defined and thick your biceps are getting!  Keep that up and you'll never convert me to a leg-man my dear!  Then again, I'm a "Bomb Chelle" man, so it's all good at the end of the day! ;-)

So, today I decided to take on that chest workout you shared with me a couple of weeks ago... what a KILLER!!!!  I followed what you gave me and made it all the way through and I can TOTALLY feel it in my pecs!  That blows away the post-workout feeling I get from my standard workouts!  I added a bit at the end... here's how it went today:

I put a 25# plate on each side... giving me a total weight of 70#.

Set 1:

Rest 1 sec... 1 rep
Rest 2 sec... 2 reps
Rest 3 sec... 3 reps
... all the way through 10 sec rest and 10 reps.

Set 2:

Rest 10 sec... 1 rep
Rest 10 sec... 2 reps
Rest 10 sec... 3 reps
... all the way through 10 reps

Set 3 was identical to set 2.  By the time I got to the last few reps, those were SO HARD, but I didn't allow myself to quit and fought them out to completion!

When I was done with those and after a break to catch my breath... say 2 minutes or so... I went for one more straight set and managed to get 23 reps.

I was ready to call it quits, but felt my upper chest was being shorted so I adjusted the bench and did one straight set on the incline bench press at the same weight for 20 reps... which was about the failure point!

That was one hell of a workout, so thank you so much for sharing that one with me!  It totally killed my pecs and got them incredibly pumped!!  I think I may follow suit with other exercises to see if that'll kick-start the size and strength gains.  For whatever reason I've been on a plateau since about the beginning of the year, so I'm game for doing things to change that!  I'm going to tackle biceps in that manner with preacher curls... I'll give that a go with 25lbs and see how far I can go with that and increase/decrease as needed.

Lastly, I'm SUPER impressed that you could rock the hell out of that workout!  You're one extremely strong woman!!!

Hope that you're having a great day!
