Using dumbells or kettle bells
(I used 20 pound dumbells)
60 sets of 10 each in an hour...
bench press,
squats,
bent over rows,
dead lifts,
curls,
and
lower crunches
plus I did 20 mins for 5 miles on bike at 99 rpms
try if you think you can!
