Just feeling like - what's the point anymore. Those of you that I consider friends and that are important in my life know how to get a hold me.

Using dumbells or kettle bells
(I used 20 pound dumbells)
60 sets of 10 each in an hour...
bench press,
squats,
bent over rows,
dead lifts,
curls,
and
lower crunches
plus I did 20 mins for 5 miles on bike at 99 rpms
try if you think you can!

Gun Show :)
New workout starts MONDAY!!! I am soooo stoked! Adding a lil MMA and BOXING to training - going to be KILLER!! Here is a pic I snapped AFTER my upper body workout tonight :) For the FIRST time EVER - my trainer brought me to tears with this workout - I just told him I was releasing water so I don't get bloated! It hurt like HELL - but I loved every bit of it!
