Leg Work Out - Memorial Weekend

Thanks to my friend, Matt, for spotting me on the 870lb set :)  I have some awesome friends and workout partners!

Warm Up:  420 x100
add 90         510 x75
add 90         600 x50
add 90         690 x25
add 90         780 x15
add 90         870 x10

Round 2:     870 x10
minus 90     780 x15
minus 90     690 x25
minus 90     600 x50
minus 90      510 x75
minus 90      400 x100

Hip adduction  315 x100   (4 set 25)
Hip abduction  315 x100   (4 set 25)

Total reps on legs:  750 reps!!

For shits and giggles I did 4 sets of seated rows 125 x25
