Start. 2 - 45lb plates. 100 reps.
Add plate. 90 reps.
Add plate 80 reps.
Add plate 70 reps.
Add plate 60 reps.
Add 2 plates 50 reps
Add plate 40 reps
Add plate 30 reps
Add plate 20 reps
Add plate 10 reps. = dead legs
**last 10 reps were with 660lbs plus 5 miles on bike after .
Yup I crazy like that!!
