Thursday Workout
15 min on treadmill @ 15 incline 3.5 speed, then a 3 min mile on the bike was my warm up. Total body with Paris (my trainer) today --- 50 kicks per side on the bag, 50 sit ups on an 45 angle bench with ball over my head ( I am so feeling these ) 50 squats holding a 30lb solid heavy ball and lastly 50 slams with at 15lb solid slam ball. Repeat 2 times That was my workout today :) and done in 30 minutes!

Leg day!
After my crazy leg workout today ...
180lb hack squat for 200 reps
75lb hammie curls 50 reps
120lb adduction 50 reps
10 min warm up on eliptical
