Training Update
Hey Everyone....just a few quick lines about my new training regiment.
I appreciate all the emails and questions about my training --- however --- I am not at liberty to divulge my new workouts. I gave my word to my trainer, Ritch, that I would not give away the secrets or discuss my workouts with anyone out of respect for him. He fought MMA and knows his stuff :) I am getting amazing results!!!
Also, the recent bicep vid that I posted last night will be the last one on biceps that I will post for the next few months -- per Ritch :) He said I can show legs, but we want to surprise everyone with the results of my training in 2 months time.
Thanks for understanding and I will keep ya'll updated on progress the best I can!!
