leather n heels

ooo the whole outfit ( yes I got it including the heels!)

and a flex :)

Just throwing this out there...

OK, I keep getting asked this, so I figured I would just throw this out there ---

I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH I LIFT NOR DO I GIVE A RATS ASS HOW MUCH I LIFT!!!
 STOP ASKING ME !!!

The amount I lift is not important to me - whatever my coach hands me or puts on the bar or sled is what I do.  He knows what I can or can not do - simple as that.  I take the weight and push out my reps - even if I am tired and my body wants to quit ... I don't ... finish my sets/reps.

I will never get why guys want to know how much I can lift and for how many reps.  I guarantee it's probably more then most of the guys who are asking can.  I can't count the number of times I have heard my trainer tell guys that make comments about me that their workout is my warm up - sadly that's the truth!

I will end this in saying - if you want to know how much I lift - come workout with me to find out!  I guarantee you will not last through one of my workouts and you will hurt for a week after!

TOFU CHOCOLATE PUDDING - YUM!!!

Tofu Chocolate Pudding
8 oz semi sweet chocolate chips melted
1 - 16oz package FIRM tofu - drained
1/4 c soy or almond milk
1 TBS vanilla
while melting the chocolate you want to drain the tofu, place it on a paper towel to soak up any extra liquid. Put tofu in blender...add melted chocolate, soy/almond milk and vanilla - blend until smooth. For added kick of healthy I add 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder pour into a bowl and place in fridge to chill for about an hour or so. The longer it sits the more chocolatey it tastes. Remember tofu takes on the flavor of whatever you put with it Enjoy!!
