Last nights workout was awesome - legs - but I have to wonder sometimes - why do I put my body through so much hell knowing that I am going to be in a ton of pain the next few days! I didn't sleep well from the pain, can barely walk today from the pain...I must be crazy cause I love it so much! LOL
I find it hysterical that some chick went to the owner of the gym after she saw me pushing massive weight on leg press and told him that my trainer (Paris) was going to end up blowing my knees out or hurting me cause that was too much weight for me to handle. LMAO Rick looked at this fool and told her she didn't get it! He told her "Michelle pushes 1200lbs for fun! What she is pressing now is nothing!" I mean seriously? You ran to the owner of the gym? If Paris didn't think I could push the weight he sure as hell wouldn't have me doing it! Furthermore, this chick needs to realize that when she saw me it was AFTER I had done 180 freaking reps and was on my last 20! Get a grip and mind your own damn business! I told Paris, to please point this chick out to me next time she is in the gym. He said she 'used' to be a trainer at Bally's....my comment to that "Used to be is the key word".
If people have an issue with me, what I do, my trainer, woman up and come to me - don't be a bitch and run to the owners of the gym!
I am NOT your typical female - I DON'T lift the kiddie weights, I can play with the big boys and hold my own and from time to time surpass them. I am not afraid of sweat or the hard work...I love the haters :)
