Monday 09/19/2011

Home from the gym and NOT happy with my workout :(  Made it to 1200lbs again on the leg press but didn't press the 10 reps I wanted - so I am pissed at myself - FAIL!  The rest of the workout felt like I didn't push hard enough.   FAIL!  Maybe I need to take a week off and re group - who knows.  Just tonight I feel like I am an EPIC FAIL!

  2. 1200 lb leg press for reps is very impressive! As a natural bodybuilder, it would probably be a good idea to do a super heavy lift day only once or twice a month - Otherwise it becomes counter productive - your muscles can't recoup fast enough... Give your legs a three week break, doing medium to light weights and high reps once a week, then hit them hard again the fourth week,and you will see the progress that you'll make...

  3. The woman can leg press a horse, but considers herself a FAIL? Not even close...
    Everyone can have an off night. Don't be so hard on yourself.

  4. I have to agree with the others...
    And what anonymous said about training seems logic, do not expect to set a new personal best everyday, give yourself some time to rest and rebuild!
