Hey everyone! Hope you had a great weekend!! Here is my crazy workout from today!!!
squats with arms on the ground (20 reps) - sumo style and reg
squats on bosu ball turned upside down - 3 dif types (20 reps each squat)
calve raises on bosu ball turned upside down (20 reps),
then standin calve raise (holding for 45 sec 2 times)
side kicks on pad (10 kicks per leg)
knee kicks into pad (40 each leg),
straight leg kicks for 1 min,
marches for 1 min,
Coach had these bands that you put around your ankle and spread you legs out extremely tight tension and hard to hold legs apart--- 2 dif squats with weights (20 reps each squat)
crunches with legs up in the air (20 reps)
crunches with legs up and band on leg (20 reps)
squats on extra large medicine ball (20 reps)
squats are medium medicine ball(20 reps)
tire squats (20 reps)
leg extentions off tire ( 20 reps per leg)
